I had a great stay at Bay Breeze Inn. The location was fantastic, especially for events at the Coliseum. The gated parking made us feel secure. The King room was clean and comfortable with a warm shower, just as I hoped. Great prices for our 2-night stay too!

I had a great stay with a clean king room that felt fresh and well-kept. The shower was warm and the bed comfortable, making for a relaxing night after exploring Oakland.

Convenient location with clean rooms

Gated parking is a plus. The King Room was clean and the shower had warm water. AC worked well, which was nice in this heat. Easy access to the Oakland Coliseum. Very few issues with staff. Just wish for some upgrades overall, especially in the area around the hotel at night.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious, though the surrounding neighborhood felt quite unsafe, making me glad I had a car. Also, the wifi was slow, and the lack of extra amenities was noticeable, but it's a good budget option for short stays.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here with our little ones. The beds and showers were super comfy, and we really appreciated all the food options nearby. Our kids especially loved the vending machine loaded with snacks and drinks after our adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could benefit from more family-friendly amenities like a play area for kids.

Just a top selection for a flying visit in Oakland with excellent value for money. The maintenance staff was amazing when we had a TV issue in our room. Make sure you check in together if you travel separately to avoid issues.

Not the best experience

Rooms were super tiny and really hot when I walked in. The lobby is kinda weird with a big glass wall separating you from the staff, so you can't really talk to them. Tried to get help with a boarding pass, but they brushed me off. Plus, I found some odd charges on my bill! No thanks.
